Three progress rings show, at a glance, how close you are to the daily targets YOU choose — and each value is written right inside its ring. Set your own goals (or keep your Garmin defaults), watch them fill through the day, and stay focused on what matters. On top of that, you get a large set of extra stats and deep customization, all on a clean AMOLED design with the time centered. On MIP watches (Forerunner 255/955, fēnix 7/7S/7X non-AMOLED and similar), GoalRings runs a simplified layout adapted to these displays: the three goal rings with their values, time, date and two configurable data fields.
