Animation effects vary by theme and time of day. Not every animation is displayed in every scene. Supported Watch Data Outdoor Camp can display: Time Date and weekday AM / PM Seconds Battery level and energy indicator Heart rate Steps Altitude Temperature Barometric pressure Sunrise Sunset Temperature follows your Garmin system setting for °C / °F. When sunrise and sunset information is available, the watch face can use local time and Garmin-provided sunrise/sunset data to determine the appropriate scene. If this information is temporarily unavailable, a default time schedule is used as a fallback. Animation & Battery Information To balance visual effects and battery life: Animations are displayed while the watch is awake or actively being viewed. Some animations may stop or update less frequently in low-power or sleep mode. The complete scenic background remains visible even when animation is paused. Animation performance and update frequency may vary depending on the Garmin device, available memory and system version. Heart rate, pressure, altitude, weather-related information, sunrise and sunset depend on device capabilities and data provided by the Garmin system.
