Rhythm Strip is full-width ECG paper: the pink millimeter grid, an HR-history trace drawn as a rhythm, calipers marking the min and max, and the BPM box top right. Settings let you recolor the accent, toggle wrist-raise seconds, and switch Clean, Standard, or Dense layouts — changes apply instantly, no restart needed.
