Fellrnr's HrPwr (Heart rate to power ratio)

The HrPwr Estimate of Running Economy using the running power estimate from Stryd. It calculates the power in milliwatts per Kg per heartbeat. This data field can be used with a cycling power meter as well, but its focus is running with Stryd. (As of November 2023, Garmin watches with a built in running power calculation do NOT work with this data field. There's a bug in the Garmin software that prevents the power value being given in the API.) Note that you will have to pair your Stryd as a power meter in addition to pairing it as a footpod for speed. This means Stryd must be listed under "Settings - Sensors & Accessories" as a power meter. Using the Stryd data field won't give this data field any data.)
