The App is specially designed for your spinning sessions. It is fully customizable for colors and your physiological metrics you need to check over your training. Most of the garmin wereable devices are compatible but if yours is not ... well just mail me we will work on it!! The app records the classical metrics such as HR, %HR, avgHR, kCal burned and burn rate but also Cadence and/or Power if external optional sensors are connected. HR zones are fully customizable and during the training session are shown in a special display with real time updating. Link to the App Manual: https://drakes.altervista.org/SpinningApp/ The HRV metrics IS now available together with the experimental FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) of the BBI (Beat to Beat Interval) but only in standby mode (not recording). Are also available special metrics from HRV (Heart Beat Variability) such as rMSSD, sDNN, Average HRI, Std Deviation HRI and others which are available during rest or activity. HRV metrics are shown into special menu or recorded as Garmin Connect fit fields. ****************************************************************************************** The App can be used as DEMO with the following unlock code: B946E6215465F20FFA01 which sets the app fully functional for 5 minutes.
