Watchface was tested in simulator without problems also on Vivoactive HR & Fenix 5 - if you have problems you should try: check if you have free space, reinstall WF, reboot watches.. contact Garmin support ;-) Try normal version before you ask for PREMIUM DATA UNLOCK: Premium additional data - Heart rate, Altitude, Battery & Notification count just for €1,5/$1,5.
