Analog clock displays time at current city/country 2. digital clock is dual time, showing time at another city/country, flag depicts that city/country 3. Steps bar displays steps count from zero to the day's goal/target. bar is Red when steps count less than 2500, bar is Orange if steps count is more than 2500 and less than 7500, bar is Green when steps count is more than 7500. when daily goal is reached bar is blue. 4. Heart rate bar displays HR from 60 to 110. bar is Green when HR is less than 75, bar is Orange if HR is more than 75 and less than 90, bar is Red when HR is more than 90. 5. Battery arc displays battery level from 0 to 100% 6. the bottom display box displays Total Calories spent for the day, current elevation in feet, steps count, heart rate and battery level in 5 seconds intervals 7. Icon for Bluetooth connection indicates connection established with mobile phone 8. Icon for Alarm indicates Alarm Set
