About
This data field estimates your lactate threshold heart rate (LTHR). After this you can display your current heart rate as a % of LTHR, based on the last known test results, in the non-test mode.
# Features
* Test mode or display mode
* In the test mode, the estimated LTHR is displayed at the end of the test
* In the test mode, the watch will vibrate at the end of the test
* In the display mode, your current HR as a % of LTHR is displayed
* In the display mode, the watch will vibrate when 100% LTHR is reached
# Instructions for running test
1. Add the data field to your activity (run, bike, etc).
2. In the settings, enable "Test mode".
3. Warm up thoroughly for 5 minutes or more. Your heart rate should be in zone 3.
4. Start the activity on your watch or cycling computer.
5. Run, bike et cetera at your maximum effort, as consistently as possible for 30 minutes. If running, think 5km time trial running pace.
6. A end of the test (30 minutes) the watch will vibrate and the estimated LTHR will be shown.
NOTE: Older watch models may not support a vibration function.
