Built for travelers, expats, and anyone who deals with foreign currency on the move — works offline, syncs daily, looks sharp. RATE SOURCES Rates are fetched from a Cloudflare Worker we operate that aggregates three upstream sources: Frankfurter (European Central Bank's daily reference rates), Fawaz Ahmed's currency-api (CDN-hosted, broad fiat + crypto coverage), and CoinGecko (crypto-specific, current quotes). If our Worker is unreachable, the app falls back to the upstream sources directly and continues to work from local cache. PRIVACY The app sends three anonymous, non-identifying HTTP headers with each rates request: your watch's hardware part number (identifies model, not your individual watch), Connect IQ runtime version, and app version. We use these to see which Garmin models have the most users so we can prioritize future device support. No personal data is collected. After the first successful fetch, the app works offline indefinitely — your last known rates persist on the watch. v26.6.1 NEW: Glance view FX Converter now appears in your watch's glance carousel — swipe to it from the watch face to see your last currency pair and its rate at a glance, without opening the app. • Shows your last-used pair and amount (e.g. 100 USD → 92.39 EUR), in the same cyan/orange theme as the app. • Fully offline — reads your cached rates; shows a baseline rate even before the first sync. • Tap the glance to jump straight into the full converter. Also in this release: • Your last pair and amount are now saved instantly, so the glance always reflects your current selection. • Stability fixes around app startup.
