About

HRWeek is a minimal dark watch face that shows your 7-day resting heart rate history as a bar chart directly on your wrist. - Daily bars for the past 6 days + today's live heart rate - Average and current BPM shown at a glance - Reference lines at 60 and 100 BPM for context - Color-coded bars: low, normal, and elevated zones - Pure AMOLED black background saves battery - Always-on display, dimmed in low power mode to protect AMOLED screens - Works on 107 watch models - Supports English and Spanish Free, no ads, no account. If you find it useful, a rating helps other people find it. And if something looks wrong on your watch, tell me your model and I will look into it. Want all six metrics in one face, instead of installing six? Week Pro lets you change the metric, theme, accent colour and goal from your phone. Free trial, then a one-time purchase. There are a few other paid faces of mine in the store as well - a hand-drawn bear that reacts to your day, a countdown to your next race, and the real sky above you right now. All free for 7 days first. Disponible en espanol.

What's new

1.4.7 - the chart now shows your real heart rate. It did not before, and this is worth being straight about: the face was reading heart rate from Garmin's activity history, which does not actually carry it. That came back empty every time, and the chart then filled itself with placeholder numbers. What you were looking at was not your week. It now reads from the sensor history, which is where the watch really keeps it - hence the Sensor History permission in this version. And the placeholder numbers are gone for good: a day with no samples is left blank instead of being invented. Many watches only keep a few hours of sensor history, so older days in the week may be empty at first. Blank is the honest answer there.
