*ATTENTION*: The Merlin watch face is designed for people who experience sleep disorders (Non24-hr). If you do not need these features, use the Merlin24 watch face instead. -------------------- The Merlin watch face converts the standard 24-hr clock into a custom Non24-hr clock for people who experience Non-24-Hour Sleep-Wake Disorder with a consistent delay. It is also useful if you have a friend or family member with the disorder, or if you want a Non24-hr schedule for work or other reasons. The screen shows a primary clock at the center and up to two other clocks at the bottom and top right corner. For each clock, the user can choose which type of time is displayed: 1. The Regular 24-hr Clock shows common time. 2. The Regular Non24-hr Clock follows a circadian rhythm entered by the user, displayed only in Non24 format (no AM/PM). The date follows common time. 3. The Converted Non24-hr Clock is like a time zone conversion. It maintains a 24-hr format, and the duration of hours and minutes is based on the circadian rhythm. It translates morning and evening so others can understand. For example, at 1:00 PM common time, the Non24 user could be at 3:00 AM, when most others would be sleeping. The date follows Non24 time; after the clock is offset by more than 24 hours, it will skip or repeat 1 calendar day to maintain a similar date as common time. The Sync Date and Time is a reference point for common time, representing either the beginning of a Non24 day (00:00) or when the Converted Non24 Clock is in sync with common time. Note: The seconds value for the Converted Non24 Clock will periodically stay constant or skip 1 or 2 seconds because the refresh rate is not in sync with Non24 seconds.
