It’s highly flexible, allowing you to customize the mode (countdown, stopwatch, multi-countdown, or multi-stopwatch), the duration of each stage, rest settings, alert preferences, and more. It also supports external sensors like Garmin Tempe and HRM straps for accurate data tracking. Additionally, you can enable the Manual Temp option to manually enter the temperature at the end of each session, which will then be available in Garmin Connect.
