12/24 analog w/ FR Tides and Alternate Time zones
· v2.1.1.10
About
Analog clock, 12 or 24 hour dial, with Tides and alternate Time zones, regular or reverse turning hands
Tides information can be displayed for known harbors. Harbors can be selected in https://www.mzldg.ovh/clock/CIQharbors.php and should be set in the watch face settings (on your Connect IQ or Garmin Connect phone app)
.High or low tides are shown with respectively full disks or disks with white center. Two different time period are possible :
- 1 day – in this case, the latest tide is greyed and has a X, the 3 following tides are shown, in smaller sizes if they are the next day.
- up to 4 days in concentric circles, today being ther outer most circle. With that configuration, the screen is full and alternate dials (see below) are discarded.
Time zone information is calculated and the time zone names can be selected in https://www.mzldg.ovh/clock/TimeZones.php. Like harbors, the zone name should be pasted into the watch settings, again on Connect IQ or Garmin connect phone app.
Tides and Time zone information require access to a web service so you need to agree to grand the watch face web access.
The watch face can also show tons of other information from the watch: number of steps, stairs (climbed or descended), battery charge, date, active minutes (of the day / of the week), …
They are displayed in alternate dials on the watch : the arc size grows with the data value. When the goal is met, arc is in 2 colors, second color changing with the goal is doubled. Up to 3 different values can be displayed on each alternate dials, plus a central text information.
Dials are updated every minute only
Sunrise and sunset can be drawn on the edge of the dial, with multiple twilights (geometric, nautical, astronomic, equivalent to several levels of darkness).
The moon phase can also be displayed on the dial digits. The moon is located at the precise time of the nearest new or full moon , the last 2 days before the NM or FM, dashes on the moon indicate the remaining dial tours before the event (1 dial tour is 12 or 24 hour, depending on your setting). Same thing after the event with dots…
For Venu users, there is a “always on” watch face that triggers on watch sleep mode – the number of pixels on must be very low (less than 10%) and must change in time, thus the very simplistic watch face and the smaller dial moving around the screen.

Have fun!
