FASTING MODES (evidence-based): • Gentle TRF (14:10) — beginner-friendly time-restricted eating • Standard TRF (16:8) — the most studied schedule • Adaptive Fasting (Circadian) — aligns eating window to daylight with 10–12h constraints (available on newer watch models) • Custom TRF — choose your own fasting goal CORE FEATURES: • Real-time timer with color-coded progress arc • Multiple views: Base, Details, Statistics, History (last 7 plotted) • Streaks, averages, totals, and personal records • Background milestone notifications (can be disabled) • Manual location fallback if GPS/location is unavailable (only needed for adaptive circadian mode) ADAPTIVE FASTING (CIRCADIAN): Automatically calculates a daily eating window based on sunrise/sunset for your location, with evidence-based constraints (10–12h eating window centered on solar noon) to stay practical year-round.
