JUST ANALOG TACTICAL A clean, tactical analog watch face that combines classic hands with a data-dense digital HUD. Built for round Connect IQ devices (both MIP and AMOLED), with full Always-On Display support. ANALOG + DIGITAL - Hour, minute and second hands over a precision tick ring - Central digital HH:MM with AM/PM and a live seconds counter - 21 selectable second-hand colors - Independently turn the second hand and the hour/minute hands on or off THEMES & COLORS - Several ready-made theme presets (background, hands, text, icons) - Or set your own foreground, background, icon, line and digital-time colors - Optional Auto-Color: values turn red/amber on low battery, high HR, etc. WEATHER - TWO SOURCES - Garmin Weather (built-in): no setup, no API key. Uses the weather your watch already syncs through Garmin Connect. - OpenWeatherMap (OWM): live conditions, daily forecast and air quality, independent of Garmin. A large current-condition icon shows the current temperature and today's min/max. The forecast row can be switched between: - 3-day forecast (icon + day + min/max) - Hourly forecast, next 3 hours (Garmin Weather only) - 3 fully configurable data fields CONFIGURABLE DATA FIELDS Up to 6 field slots (header, time row, bottom row, footer) from a large set of metrics: heart rate, resting HR, steps, battery, body battery, stress, altitude, pressure, temperature, sunrise/sunset and moonrise/moonset (as countdown or exact time), weather condition, MGRS military grid, latitude/longitude, city, secondary timezone and more. Pressure in mmHg/mbar/inHg; wind in m/s, km/h, mph or knots. ALWAYS-ON DISPLAY (AMOLED) - Mode 0: hands + digital time only (lowest power) - Mode 1: full layout without the gradient background, with tick ring and fields Burn-in-safe rendering with a pixel-shifting mask. ---------------------------------------- USING OPENWEATHERMAP (PLEASE READ) OWM is OPTIONAL. The face works fully on Garmin Weather with zero setup. If you want OpenWeatherMap as your source, note the following: 1. Create a free account at openweathermap.org and copy your key from the "API keys" tab. A new key can take up to ~2 hours to activate. 2. This face uses the One Call API 3.0 for forecast data. One Call 3.0 is NOT part of the basic free plan - you must subscribe to the "One Call by Call" plan in your OWM account. It includes 1,000 free calls per day, but OWM requires a payment card on file to enable it. 3. To stay free, open your OWM billing page and set the "Calls per day" limit to 1000 (or lower). This caps usage so you are never charged. The face refreshes weather only every 15 minutes (about 96 calls per day), well inside the free tier. 4. Paste the key into the face settings (Weather API Key) and set Weather Provider to OpenWeatherMap. If the key is missing, not yet active, or the One Call subscription is not enabled, weather simply will not load - just switch Weather Provider back to Garmin Weather and everything works again. 1.2.5 - New Garmin metrics — Added Training Status (shown in the location field, e.g. "Productive"), Weekly Run Distance and Weekly Bike Distance (available in any data field, in km or miles), and Sleep Score (0–100).
