This Complex Data Field you can view five average power with diferent time during training. The power averages can be in seconds you want but are limited by the memory of the garmin and so indicated in the field. If you set the peak power with 0 seconds i will be deactivated. Also you can configure diferent visualization mode: wattage, %FTP or wattag/%FTP. This app is designed for Edge Explore because not have 3s, 10s and 30s average power data fields but it can be used in other devices. A powermeter is necessary and recording interval configured to second.
