Box Range

Box Range is box-and-whisker rows of the day so far: min, max, median and the middle half of heart rate, stress, body battery, temperature and the week's steps, each on its own scaled track. Whisker ends carry the low and high numbers, the accent triangle marks where you are right now. Ranges, not snapshots, under a big digital clock. Settings let you recolor the accent, toggle wrist-raise seconds, and switch Clean, Standard, or Dense layouts — changes apply instantly, no restart needed.
