About

Pretty Compass data field. Classic style, simple and neat. Works best when only one datafield is enabled. The compass is developed to work across a broad range of devices. IMPORTANT! Some newer devices come with a compass sensor. If it does it will take information from the compass sensor to calculate the bearing in relation to the true North. Some older devices don't have this compass sensor and will therefore use the GPS to calculate the bearing. This is done by COG (Course over Ground) to calculate the bearing. This means that you compass will be more accurate if the GPS quality is good and you are moving slightly while or before using it. This also means that the compass is less reliable in places with bad GPS reception, like indoors, tunnels or in a space with a lot of high rise buildings. COG is an approximation and should therefore not be used for accurate navigation. Updates: v.1.0.1: Enabled the reading of sensor data, so the compass can be used if present in the watch. If there are any issues with the app or you have any suggestions, please let me know.

What's new
