About

When I was racing, I hated that Aid Stations would pop up when I didn’t expect them. So, this configurable data field allows you to specify the milepost of up to 10 aid stations and the ride’s end point. There is a sliding gauge the goes from Blue (more than 5 miles out), Green (3 miles out), Yellow (more than a mile out), and Red (less than a mile out). The length of the slider is based upon the percentage of distance between aid stations. I use this data field in training to ensure I drink / eat and time my consumption to where I can restock. It can also be used to do a countdown to places along a ride. Title might be squished on multi-field displays on the watch, 520, and 820.

What's new

Version 2.0: Configurable for Metric / Imperial Version 2.1: Changed the display for distances over 100 to be XXX.X vice XXX.XX so all numbers display. At least one user does really long rides. Version 2.2: Added more aid stations (total of 17) to allow for Kona IM Bike course Version 2.4: Added support for Edge 1030 and decimal point entries of mile / KM posts Version 2.5: At a user's request, I've added a reset flag on the phone interface that will reset all of the aid stations distances to 0 when you have gone past the end of the ride. The default behavior has not changed, you must set the flag to "true" to do this. Disclaimer: I will be testing this on the road tomorrow (9/29/18) and if there is problem, I will upload a new version. Version 2.5.1: I think I found the bug in 2.5 that prevented the reset from working. If it doesn't work on your device, please let me know.
