NDR-One Pro is the complete AMOLED instrument dashboard: a bold central clock framed by four activity rings, a switchable 24-hour chart, live training data and a 3-day calendar, all on one true-black face. MAKE IT YOURS, ON THE WATCH Long-press the clock to open Customize and rebuild the face in seconds: swap the corner rings, pick the center chart, set the top and bottom status bands, change the header and footer chips, switch themes. No phone, no sync delay. Or use Connect IQ Mobile, which mirrors the same menu, one slot per dropdown. TAP THROUGH TO THE DETAIL Long-press any metric and NDR-One Pro opens its native Garmin glance: the Body Battery ring for its drain history, the Sleep Score ring for last night's sleep, VO2 Max or Recovery for the training detail. (On touch models that enable watch-face touch.) THE 24-HOUR CHART Across the center sits a switchable 24-hour graph, one series at a time: Heart Rate banded by your Garmin zones, Stress, Body Battery, Elevation or Steps per hour. A live heart-rate badge and two readout columns flank the clock, so your key numbers stay in view. WHAT YOU CAN PUT ON IT Twelve ring options for the four corner slots: Steps, Floors, Intensity Minutes, Calories, Active Calories, Body Battery, VO2 Max, VO2 Cycling, Stress, Sleep Score, Pulse Ox and Battery The center chart, one of: Heart Rate, Stress, Body Battery, Elevation, Steps per hour, or off. Two side readouts by the clock: Sunrise and Sunset, Phone Notifications, World clock (second time zone), Altitude, Pressure, Wind, Respiration, Active Calories, Daily Distance, Weekly Run, or Weekly Bike. Status bands, top and bottom center: a 3-day calendar, Training Status, Recovery Time, Daily Distance, Weekly Run, Weekly Bike, or the NDR mark. Header and footer bars: the weather block, a Hi/Lo chip, the battery, a UV Index, Feels Like, Humidity or Pressure chip. Battery and weather can swap places, and either can be off. A REAL ALWAYS-ON DISPLAY In always-on, the same layout stays on screen, dimmed to a low-power palette and shifting a few pixels each minute to guard against burn-in. Choose the full dimmed layout, a monochrome variant, or clock-only for the longest battery. An auto night option shows the clock alone inside your Garmin sleep window, then restores the full face. Live data, no animated seconds, not a frozen screenshot. Every reading runs live, never a static number: heart rate flags when it goes stale, the battery steps from full color to amber to red, a ring lights the moment its goal is met. The face asks your watch which metrics its firmware provides, and does not offer the ones it cannot deliver rather than leaving you a dash. Your layout, theme and settings are saved on the watch and survive reboots and updates. No third-party accounts, no API keys, no tracking, no network calls of its own. It asks only for the permissions it uses.
