Sport Watch is an elegant analogue watch with three fully customisable dials and minutes around the edge of the clock face.
DISPLAY PROBLEMS? BEFORE contacting support, PLEASE make sure you restart device, app and phone first!! The issue is likely to be resolved when you resync your device with the Garmin app.
The dials show health information: steps, heart rate, calories, distance, minutes and floors climbed (except Forerunner 735xt and Approach S60, which shows battery level). The distance displays miles or km based on user profile. They can also display the battery level and temperature, changed in the settings menu.
The bluetooth icon below appears when connected and disappears when disconnected.
In order to display the goal progress bars for heart rate, calories, distance (miles or km) and active minutes, it is necessary to add your personal goals in the settings menu as it is not possible to get these from your profile. The steps and floors climbed goal are taken from your profile.
See it in action by watching the video below!
Features:-
- A choice of ten two-tone background colour schemes - just choose the one you like in the settings menu.
- Each dial fully colour configurable, seconds upon wake or gesture. Please note that if you choose the battery level, it has its own colour scheme and will override the dial colour: GREEN when 50% and over, YELLOW when between 30% - 50%, ORANGE when between 10% - 30%, and RED when under 10%.
- Configurable daily goals for heart rate, calories, distance (in km/miles) and active minutes.
- Colour configurable, second hand displays upon wake or gesture.
Weather:
- Provided by OpenWeatherMap. Only 2 weather updates per day, so option to enter your own weather API key for more frequent updates. Choice of temp unit in settings - C or F.
Please note that the weather is retrieved using your location, which is taken from your last activity. In order to get the weather you must first obtain a GPS lock by opening any activity that uses GPS such as walk or run (no need to start it, just wait for the GPS to show "Ready" then exit). After this, you will need to wait up to 15 minutes (the weather update frequency) to see the weather displayed properly on your watch. If you move to a different place, you will need to obtain a GPS lock again using the above steps.
If you have any issues, PLEASE visit, and carefully read, my FAQ page first (https://www.bvdesigns.info/faq) and follow the advice and instructions given before using the "Contact Developer" link - most of the answers to your questions should be there. If contact is made first and the answer is already there, you will be referred back to the FAQ page. Your co-operation on this would be most greatly appreciated.

**Note on colours: Due to the display technology, some of the Garmin system colours may look muted on actual devices. You will not be able to see things on your device as they are on a computer, due to different technologies for the Garmin watch display, and different monitors on the computer which host the simulator.**
