Tide Data Field

This data field displays either the time of the next high/low tide or the current tide level. NOTE: Tide level information is only an estimate, and actual tide levels can vary due to multiple factors and local conditions. This app is not to be used for navigation or any other purpose that may result in personal injury or property damage. # Features * Display the time of the next tide extreme or the current tide level * Tide data may be obtained from Stormglass.io, Worldtides.info or NOAA (for USA & US territories) * MSL, MLLW, or CD (worldtides.info data source only) datum reference * Requires a (free) API key from https://stormglass.io/ or https://www.worldtides.info/garmin or a NOAA station ID * Tide level units follow your Garmin watch elevation units setting NOTE: Tide data acquisition can take 5 minutes the first time after the following conditions are satisfied: (1) the watch has your GPS position (not required for NOAA tide data source), (2) your Bluetooth connection is enabled, (3) the Garmin Connect app is running on your phone (4) your phone can access the internet, (5) you have entered your Stormglass.io or worldtides.info API key or NOAA station ID in the settings For NOAA, please use the following link where you can enter your latitude,longitude position to find the closest NOAA station ID to your location: https://tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/tide_predictions.html Or alternatively on a map: https://tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/map/index.html # Watchface and Widget Versions For the watchface version, see my Tidemaster, T.Rex Quad 4, Admiral's Chrono, Tide Time, Tidalface Reborn, TTT - Time/Tide Temperature, Yachting Chrono 3, Lumina 2, Semaphore and Submarine Diver 2 watchfaces.
