Multi timezone watch face

About
This watch face allows you to see 3 additional timezones. Please set timezones in settings, you need to know coordinates (latitude and longtitude) of each timezone. For west and south please enter a negative number. If you need UTC, just set "UTC" as a name, numbers won't matter.

Added option to choose weather format. Weather condition + current temperature set by default.
Fixed watchface crash when weather forecast is not available.
Fixed minor issue with screen update when removing additional time zones.
