About
It's well known that stretching is an important addition for each sport. xStretch (https://klausstrohmayer.wixsite.com/xstretch) is an amazing App supporting you with your regular stretching exercises. You can stretch before and after you do any other sports like running, biking or playing tennis.
Or even better, stretch before and after your training!
The intuitive interface guides you through your stretching program wherever you are.
For easier guidance during your stretching exercises xStretch supports a vibration scheme. This helps you to keep your stretching rhythm during the exercise even if you can see the display.
