Performance fields are also color coded. For VO2max, the color coding used by Garmin is followed. For MET-h/week, comparison against a user set goal is used for color coding. * Option to color code time according to average body readiness and weather condition. The status of all the parameters for body readiness and weather condition are averaged. The average body readiness is used to color code the hours digits. The average weather condition is used to color code the minutes digits. * Option to specify lookahead hours for weather * Outer arc can be set to be a move indicator, or goal progress indicator * Optional VO2max compensation for high altitudes * Number of notifications displayed on the notifications icon # Payment For the PRO version, use this link to pay US$2.99 via Stripe (no account required; credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay accepted). https://buy.stripe.com/fZe8yb13K28t18c4mA Alternative payment via Paypal: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/trudelta/2.99USD Important instructions to get your unlock code quickly: https://ko-fi.com/post/Payments-via-PayPal-Z8Z6AIK78 Payment via Stripe is recommended because you will get the unlock code immediately on the payment confirmation page. It takes into account air temperature, humidity, windspeed and solar radiation. Most athletic organizations use WBGT and a 4 range scale as a basis for prescribing activity/rest intervals and hydration, (or if sports should be permitted at all) during hot weather. For more information, see: https://wattsupwiththat.com/2023/09/10/what-is-wbgt/ Acute to Chronic Workload Ratio (A:C) is the ratio of your distance run in the last 7 days to the distance covered in the last 4 weeks. Generally values between 0.8 to 1.2 are ideal. Higher than 1.2 indicates possibly overstressing the body. For more info see: https://www.outsideonline.com/health/training-performance/injury-prevention-acute-chronic-workload-ratio-research/ MET is Metabolic Equivalent of Task. 1 MET is the energy expended at rest. MET-h measures the amount of physical activity which is comparable across everyone regardless of age, weight or activity(s) performed. It is the best measure of the amount of physical activity, better than intensity minutes. # Tags running, cycling, data rich, athlete, performance
