SwitchBot Outdoor Meter Data Field

With this app, you can receive temperature and humidity data from a SwitchBot Outdoor Meter directly on compatible Garmin watches. The data is read via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) from the broadcast data sent by the SwitchBot sensor. During an activity, the measurements are displayed as a data field on the watch. In addition, the temperature and humidity are stored in the FIT file of the activity so that they can be evaluated later in Garmin Connect. Features - Display of temperature (°C or °F) as a data field on the watch - Switchable display of temperature alone or temperature + humidity - Recording of temperature (°C or °F) and humidity (%) in Garmin Connect - No pairing required (pure BLE scanning) Notes - Works exclusively with the SwitchBot Outdoor Meter - The watch must support BLE scanning - Range and update rate depend on the sensor and environmental conditions Configuration - In the app settings, you can choose whether only the temperature or both the temperature and humidity are displayed in the data field - In addition, you can select the desired temperature unit, which will then be used for both display and recording - By default, data from all detected SwitchBot sensors is processed - If you only want to use a specific sensor, you can store its MAC address in the app settings
