Minesweeper
· v0.9.1
About
Clear the minefield without stepping on a mine. Three board sizes, a daily
challenge and a timer with your best time for each difficulty.
What makes it different:
**You never have to guess.** Before laying the mines, the watch checks that the
board can be solved by reasoning from start to finish. If it can't, it throws it
away and prepares another one. If you lose it's because you got it wrong, not
because the last move was a coin flip.
**The first tap is always safe** and opens an area, so the game starts with
something to work from instead of a lone number in the middle of nowhere.
**Play with your finger or with the buttons.** On watches without a touch
screen the cursor moves with UP and DOWN — hold them to move fast — and START
opens the tile. On touch watches you tap a tile and tap it again to open it;
that confirmation stops a misplaced finger from ending the game on small
screens, and it can be turned off in the settings.
**Tapping an open number clears its neighbours** once all its flags are in
place. It's the move that makes the game fast.
**Your game is not lost** if a notification comes in or you close the app: you
can carry on where you left it. The timer stops meanwhile.
**Daily challenge:** the same minefield for everyone, every day, with a streak
of consecutive days.
The numbers are drawn one by one so they read the same on a 454-pixel watch and
on a 208-pixel one, each in its usual colour.
Independent game, not related to any brand.
