About

Body Battery, sleep, and HR are great — but they don't tell your doctor when your knee ached, when the migraine hit, or what triggered yesterday's stomach pain. Symptom Tracker is a glanceable symptom and pain log built for your Garmin watch. No typing, no cloud sync — entries stay on your wrist. When you walk into the doctor's office, one tap emails your whole log to them. ONE-TAP LOGGING Press to open. Walk a 4-step flow in under 15 seconds: - Where: head, face, neck, shoulder, chest, upper back, lower back, abdomen, arm, hand, leg, or foot - How it feels: aching, sharp, burning, throbbing, stiff, tingling, numb, cramping, itchy, or other - Severity: 0 to 10 - Context tags: poor sleep, stress, alcohol, caffeine, exercise, dehydration, menstrual cycle, illness, medication, food YOUR HISTORY ON A CALENDAR A monthly heatmap shows which days had symptoms and how severe. Tap any day to see every entry from that day full-screen — time, body part, type, severity, and every context tag. Scroll between entries with up and down. No more "uhh, I think it started Tuesday?" — show your doctor exactly what happened, when, and how bad. EDIT AND DELETE — the feature most symptom apps forget Mistyped severity? Picked the wrong tag? Open any past entry and edit every field, just like the original log flow. Or delete the entry entirely if it shouldn't be there. Your history stays trustworthy. EMAIL TO YOUR DOCTOR — turn weeks of data into one email Walk into your appointment with hard data, not "I think it started Tuesday?". Open Export, press once, and your full log — every timestamp, body part, severity, and context tag — lands in your inbox. Set the destination email once in the Garmin Connect app. Forward it to your specialist, paste it into a sheet, file it for next year. Your wrist becomes the cleanest medical diary you've ever kept. GLANCE VIEW At a glance from your widget loop: days since your last symptom plus the most recent entry summary, like "Logged today" or "5d since last · Lower back 8/10". One tap takes you straight back to the log. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your data lives on your watch — no account, no login, no auto-sync, no analytics. The email export only fires when YOU tap Export, and only goes to the address YOU set. We don't run a server. We can't see your data because we never receive it. WHO IT'S FOR - Chronic pain sufferers tracking trigger patterns - Migraine and headache sufferers - People with arthritis, fibromyalgia, IBS, or any flare-prone condition - Athletes monitoring overuse, niggles, and recovery - Anyone preparing for a specialist appointment with concrete data instead of memory - Anyone whose doctor has asked them to "keep a symptom diary" COMPATIBILITY Modern Garmin AMOLED watches: Venu 3, Venu 3S, Venu 4, Vivoactive 5, Vivoactive 6, Forerunner 265, Forerunner 570, Forerunner 965, Forerunner 970, fenix 8, fenix E, epix Gen 2 and Pro, MARQ Gen 2, D2 Mach.
