Current, min and max relative elevation

It shows the current relative elevation, as well as the highest and lowest elevation values reached during the activity. Pressing the Lap button saves the current elevation, which can later be reviewed in the graphs on Garmin Connect. (Unfortunately, editing the Laps table is not currently supported.)

Bug fix: The data field now works with both white and black backgrounds.
