About

Every other strength app computes a percentage. A kettlebell doesn't have percentages — it has 16, 24, 32. Kettlebell Power picks a bell, and that is the harder and more useful problem. It never prescribes a bell you don't own. Tick the bells in your rack (8 · 12 · 16 · 20 · 24 · 28 · 32 · 40 · 48 kg, or the pound ladder) and mark which ones you own as a pair. Every prescription is snapped to that list. When the snap moves the load, the reps move with it and the card tells you why: - one step heavier → 10 % fewer reps - two steps heavier → 20 % fewer reps, plus extra rest - one step lighter → 15 % more reps, or a longer pause on grinds - nothing in range → the nearest bell, and which single purchase would unlock the most of your upcoming work The classic protocols, on the clock. - Simple & Sinister — 100 one-hand swings on the :30, 10 get-ups on the :60 - Rite of Passage — clean & press ladders on light / medium / heavy days - The Giant 1.0 / 2.0 / 3.0 — double clean & press, density-driven - Armor Building Complex — 2 cleans, 1 press, 3 front squats, EMOM - Quick & Dead — 10 reps every :30, in series - 10,000 Swing Challenge — 500 swings a session in clusters - Snatch Test Prep — six weeks to 100 snatches in 5:00 - Beginner Bell — eight weeks from hinge to swing to get-up - Girevoy Ladder — timed sets from 4 to 10 minutes - Weak-point Block — six weeks aimed at what is actually holding you back Published standards as live goals. Simple, Sinister and the Snatch Test are on-screen progress bars, men's and women's, so you always know how far out you are — not a number you have to work out afterwards. Rep counting from the wrist. The bell is in your hand, which makes swings and snatches the best case on the whole platform. The accelerometer counts the set while the ring shows where you are in it. Snatch auto-count is off by default — turn it on when you want it. Hands are what derail a snatch cycle. Kettlebell Power logs your weekly ballistic volume, warns when it jumps more than 30 % week on week, carries a callus-and-tear-care article, and has a "hands are torn" toggle that swaps snatches for swings for seven days. Smart hand-switch prompting. A buzz only when the hand actually changes from the last set — not on every single set, which you learn to ignore. Also inside - 23 movements: ballistics, grinds and carries, each with a how-to card and fault → fix cards you can reach from the pause menu mid-session - Eight prebuilt sessions and a Daily Bell that is the same for everyone, every day - Challenges: 100 snatches for time, 500 swings, 10-minute long cycle, max farmer carry, tonnage sprints - Anchor Test, Snatch Test, max-rep tests, an on-the-:30 tool, a ladder counter, a free timed-set tool - Tonnage, swing count and a weekly ballistic-rep total against your allowance - Full session recording to Garmin Connect — one lap per set, with reps, bell, hand and tonnage as custom fields - Weekly plan, history and progress charts No subscription.
