About
This application allows you to keep a list of information available for use in case of an emergancy.
I wrote it following a most excellent suggestion by Henry S in a review of my Medication app.
It includes the medication information from the Medication app and expands it to provide the following:
- Name:
-- Name
-- Address
-- Telephone number
- Personal Information:
-- Date of Birth
-- Blood type
-- Custom field 1
- Other information
-- Height
-- Weight
-- Custom field 1
- Allergies
- Conditions
- Emergency contact:
-- Name
-- Address
-- Telephone number
- Emergency instructions:
- Medication list with up to 20 drugs and their details
Note that the information can only be configured using either Garmin Express on your computer or the ConnectIQ app on your phone.
Entries that support multiple lines (Addresses, Conditions, Allergies) are entered with commas (',') to seperate the lines.
For example the address:
- 1 My Street
- My town
- Post code
- Country
Is entered into the address box as:
- 1 My Street,My town,Post code,Country
Likewise, for Conditions:
- My first medical Condition
- My second medical Condition
- My third medical Condition
Are entered as:
- My first medical Condition,My second medical Condition,My third medical Condition
Please also note that it can take a long time to load the list into the settings on the phone.
