EatMyRide Simple Nutrition Planner

With the EatMyRide Simple Nutrition Data Field you can easily get your nutrition plan for your bike rides, runs and triathlons on your Garmin watch. It is very simple: create your nutrition plan in the EatMyRide mobile app, send the plan to your Garmin and get eat and drink reminders during your ride (you need to manually activate Alerts on your Garmin). With the personalized nutrition and drink plan and the nutrition and drink alerts you make sure you always take enough carbohydrates and fluids during exercise. HOW TO INSTALL THIS DATA FIELD First make sure your IQ app has version 2.16 minimum for iOS or 2.15 minimum for Android phones. Once the data field is downloaded in IQ store, make sure you add it to your data field screens on your device in fullscreen (only one field on the screen). Now your nutrition and drink plans can be synced to your Garmin. HOW TO USE THE EATMYRIDE DATA FIELD ON YOUR GARMIN First, create a personalized nutrition plan with the sports bars, gels and other products of your preferences in the EatMyRide mobile app. When you are finished click on Send to my Garmin. Then, make sure your Garmin device is connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth. In the EatMyRide app click 'Send to my Garmin'. Your plan will now be synced to your Garmin and you are ready to start your ride! During the ride you will see when you should take your next product. When it is time to take a product, you will get an alert. Also the data field reminds you how much you should have drunk already, to make sure you keep hydrated. FOR WHICH DEVICES IS THIS DATA FIELD?
