On Forerunner, Fenix, and other devices where GPS acquisition is slow indoors, the app now accepts a poor quality signal rather than discarding it — a weak fix is accurate enough for a weather forecast. Garmin's own "last known" position is skipped in favour of our own timestamped location cache, which is more reliable for recent locations.
