This data field displays key Trio metrics directly on your Garmin watch during activities. The compact layout shows: Always visible: - Current Blood Glucose (BG) - Center display with large font and directional trend arrow - Insulin on Board (IOB) - Left side with "U" unit indicator Configurable Right Metric - Choose between: - Carbs on Board (COB) with "g" unit - Sensitivity Ratio (sensRatio) with AI/SR icon - Insulin Sensitivity Factor (ISF) Configurable Right Metric - Choose between: - Eventual Blood Glucose (eventualBG) in parentheses - OR Temporary Basal Rate (TBR) in brackets The display adapts to both mg/dL and mmol/L units, automatically converting values based on your Trio configuration.
