Wrist Temperature

You are swimming, and your watch gives you the water temperature. At the pool or in the sea, after a minute or two of swimming.   You can also display the ambient air temperature by removing the watch from your wrist and placing it in the shade for thirty to forty-five minutes.   You can adjust the watch's temperature reading by tapping the screen or pressing the select button. This is necessary because Garmin watches often report a temperature that is lower than the actual value. By default, one degree is added when you use the watch for the first time. The best approach is to calibrate the watch using a reference thermometer with a known accurate temperature reading.   A stopwatch and the time can be shown on the temperature screen. The stopwatch auromatically starts when the temperature screen displays, and automatically stops when you leave it. If you need to change the temperature unit, to get Celsius or Fahrenheit, you should be able to go to your System settings - Format - Units - Temperature, and to select the right one you want.   User guide: hit the top right select button, or tap the screen in the temperature screen to display the adjustment temperature. Then hit the top right select button or swipe screen to left to display the option screen.
