It works by increasing or decreasing the number on the screen. * Watches with buttons: * Up button: increases the counter by 1. * Down button: decreases the counter by 1. * Enter button: resets the counter to 0. * Watches without buttons: * Swipe up to increase the counter. * Swipe down to decrease the counter. * Press and hold in the middle of the screen to reset the counter to 0.
