Grid Load is the dispatch screen: a frequency dial holds your heart rate at 50Hz-style center, the load curve plots steps through the day, generation-mix bars split active from resting burn, reserves = battery. Settings let you recolor the accent, toggle wrist-raise seconds, and switch Clean, Standard, or Dense layouts — changes apply instantly, no restart needed.
