About

No more exhausting 20-minute ramp tests. Just ride, and your FTP and stamina are tracked automatically. Auto FTP Monitor continuously calculates your FTP and dynamically monitors your real-time stamina, built for Garmin Edge. Try it free for 7 days, no feature limits. We'd really appreciate a review and star rating. About accuracy (important): * With a power meter: FTP and stamina are calculated from real sensor data. * Without a power meter: FTP and stamina are estimated using a physics-based model from speed and gradient. Estimated values may differ from actual measurements. Advanced algorithm: 1. 3-ride rolling average - active from second 0. Only the first ride needs 5 minutes to generate a provisional FTP; from the second ride on, an estimated FTP based on your previous results displays instantly at start. 2. All-terrain virtual power calculation - climbs (2% gradient or steeper) use a gravity resistance model, while flats and gentle gradients (above 22 km/h, -1.0% to 2.0% gradient) use an air resistance model. Descents and low-speed riding automatically switch to a 0W reading, correctly reflected in stamina recovery too. 3. Fully synced indicators - automatically switches to a pause icon when you stop or lose sensor signal. 4. Ride history backup - if abnormal data is saved, use Delete Last Ride to discard and restore the latest entry (both your 3-ride rolling average and lifetime best FTP correctly roll back to their state before that ride began). Key features: * Lifetime best FTP storage (screen flashes on a new record) * FTP change vs. last ride & 7-ride trend graph - see at a glance, with a number and a graph at the bottom of the screen, how much your FTP has gone up or down with each ride. * W' dynamic stamina monitor (anaerobic energy reserve shown from 100% to 0%) * Dual fatigue offset, Max Cap (lowers stamina ceiling based on elapsed time and energy used) * Automatic FTP decay (gradually reduces FTP by 0.5% per day after 7 days without a ride, up to a maximum of 20%; off by default, can be toggled on in settings) * Automatic zone calculation (L1 to L7) * Choice of display mode (Max Mode / Bar Mode) * Rider-type presets (Climber 15000J / All Rounder 20000J / Sprinter 25000J) * Garmin Connect integration (FTP and stamina curves recorded to your FIT file) About the premium version (KiezelPay): After the 7-day free trial, a 5-digit code appears on screen. You can unlock the premium version permanently via KiezelPay. Please note that without a power meter, all displayed values are physics-model estimates. [A Note from the Developer] Enjoying the app? If you find this app helpful, please consider leaving a 5-star rating on the store! It really supports independent development.
