Fitorex

Fitorex on your wrist is the remote control for your strength training. Log every set —weight, reps and effort (RIR)— without taking your phone out of your pocket, while the Fitorex app on your phone does the heavy lifting: progression, per-muscle volume, intensity techniques and analytics. Requires the Fitorex app installed on your phone (Android) and Garmin Connect Mobile. This watch app does not work on its own: it is the remote for your phone's workout logger. BUILT FOR GARMIN • Works on button watches (fēnix, Forerunner, epix) and touch watches (venu, vívoactive). • High-contrast black AMOLED interface, brand green, and the same HR zones as the phone app. • Bilingual English/Spanish (follows your Fitorex app language).
