SunFacing

This data field app calculates the Sun-Facing Index, which measures how directly an activity is oriented toward the sun. The index is 100 when the activity is facing the sun directly and 0 when the sun is at a 90-degree angle to the side. After the activity, the app provides statistics on how much of the time the sun was directly in front of you. Specifically, it calculates the percentage of the activity where the sun was within 45 degrees of your apparent direction.
