Free. WHAT IT DOES - Work, short break and long break as a ring that fills as time passes: red for work, green for a break, blue for the long break. Minutes and seconds in the middle, the session count on top. - Vibration at every change, gentle or strong, with an optional tone. Or off. - Auto-start on: breaks and sessions follow each other without touching the watch. Auto-start off: the watch buzzes and waits for START, so a good run of work is never cut short by the break. - Pause, skip a phase or end the cycle from one small menu. - Leave the app and come back: the timer keeps its place. It works from the watch clock, not from a countdown that dies with the screen. - Today's finished sessions on the start screen. MAKE IT YOURS - Quick presets on the start screen: 25/5/15, 30/5/20 and 50/10/25 minutes. - Settings on the watch (press MENU, or touch and hold the screen on watches without a MENU button): work 5 to 90 minutes, short break 1 to 30, long break 5 to 60, 2 to 8 sessions per cycle, vibration, tone, keep screen on. - The same settings from your phone in the Connect IQ app, with any length from 1 minute up. CONTROLS START or tap: start, pause, resume. UP/DOWN: change preset on the start screen, move in the pause menu. BACK: pause, or resume from the pause menu. MENU, or touch and hold: settings. GOOD TO KNOW The buzz and tone need the app on screen: Garmin does not let a watch app run in the background. If you leave the app, come back to see where the timer is; it will not have lost its place.
