Hiker's Watch
· v1.3.1
About
The Garmin hiking watch is an analog timepiece that displays altitude history in the background. It is primarily intended for hikers who have turned activity tracking off, but are still interested in information about their recent altitude history. Altitude history is displayed for the last 60 minutes by default; however, the length of the display period can be adjusted in settings. Altitude measurements are taken from the watch’s barometer: this keeps battery consumption low.
The watch’s settings can be adjusted either in the Garmin Express application or through Garmin Connect mobile. (See https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=SPo0TFvhQO04O36Y5TYRh5&searchType=noProduct for details.)
