Pacer Data Field

You MUST add the data field to the activity AFTER installation: https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=gyywAozBuAAGlvfzvR9VZ8 Check all my apps: https://apps.mmendelson.com/ This Pacer Data Field provides live updated pace/speed necessary to accomplish the distance at the given time. While exercising, the necessary pace/speed will be adjusted and shown on screen in order to complete that remaining distance in the remaining time. The following data are available: - Total distance - Average and instant pace/speed - Distance countdown - ETA: predicted time for conclusion - Pacer - Time ahead or behind - Total time Once the target is achieved, the final results are fixed on screen. === Features === - Live updated pace or speed necessary to achieve the target. - Set the target distance and the target time for its completion. - Choose between pace or speed to be shown on screen. === Tips and FAQs === Use this data screen as a single field! Do NOT use it with other fields on the same screen (except if you are using an Instinct 2 device. In this case, use the 2 data fields layout). Manual lap approximation: this feature only works in selected devices and only if the manual laps are enabled. While enabling only the "manual laps" allows you to complete laps in advance, the "manual laps approximation" rounds your current lap to the closest lap. For example, if the manual lap is set to 1km intervals and your run is at 2.2km, pressing the manual lap button will bring you back to 2km, but if you are at 2.9km, pressing the manual lap button will get you to 3km. It is useful, for example, when you are in your race day and your GPS is ahead of the race marks. Experience may vary according to device model.
