Hourly Steps
· v1.0
About
This simple and elegant watch face with big fonts targets those 40+ Fibit lovers looking for that feature of monitoring a minimal number of steps per hour. At the end of the day you will get a string of beads - for each hour you fulfilled your steps goal, you will get a full bead; an empty bead will represent an hour where you missed the goal. For the current hour a progress bar will decrease to 0 as you step around and will eventually become red if the goal is not reached at a configurable number of minutes before the hour is gone.
Unfortunately, due to Garmin’s limitation, it was not possible to add an audio/vibration reminder. However, you can use the Hourly Steps widget (https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/9901d469-6d45-49a2-8588-ac00607bab9b) for alarm purposes if you configure it similarly with the watch face. I also observed that keeping the Garmin Move Alert enabled might randomly help you as a reminder for keeping the pace.
You can configure the time monitoring interval during the day, the minimal number of hourly steps to be tracked and the number of minutes before the hour is gone when the progress bar will become red when goal not achieved.
Additionally to the hourly steps monitoring, the watch face displays other basic data that might be helpful for keeping your fitness on track during the day: your heart rate, minutes in cardio zone and the total number of steps per day.
I did this app for fun in my spare time and I share it with others for free. If you like it you can encourage me to continue improving and making it available for other wearables by making a small donation at https://paypal.me/shiunu or https://revolut.me/bogdanwf2r.
Supported Connect IQ SDK: 3.2.0 or higher

Plans to update the app for looking nice with round watches as well.
