Triathlon Essentials is a minimalist and energy efficient watchface with an integrated screen saver, developed and optimized by triathletes for triathletes. It focuses on clear, functional data presentation without unnecessary elements. In Normal Mode, it provides a precise time and date display along with configurable performance metrics such as VO2max (run/bike), daily activity minutes, respiration rate, current and resting heart rate, and the innovative myBodyScore. The triathlon section shows weekly Swim, Bike, and Run times and compares them to individual training goals. The Garmin training status is displayed as a number from 0 to 8 with a color coded background. The battery section offers detailed information including remaining lifetime in days, hours, or minutes, along with charging status, solar intensity, and consumption indicators. The Temperature Indicator displays either hourly forecast or feels-like temperature and uses color coded ranges for quick environmental assessment. In Sleep Mode, the watchface reduces to time, date, and battery information after a configurable delay. The display position shifts every minute to prevent burn-in, with adjustable sleep timing and movement intensity.
