Percent Waffle is a 10x10 dot waffle showing goal completion: one hundred dots, one per percent of step goal, lighting left to right in reading order. Big digital time up top, GOAL % and STEPS flank the grid, and two labelled rows below carry pulse, body battery, calories, distance, temp and watch battery. The most honest progress bar there is. Settings let you recolor the accent, toggle wrist-raise seconds, and switch Clean, Standard, or Dense layouts — changes apply instantly, no restart needed.
