This data field displays the power (n-sec average) and the average, maximum, or normal power. Average power can display one of the following: Average Power, Maximum Power, or Normalized Power. The average power is the arithmetic average power after the start of the driving record. (Training peaks) In other words, normal power responds quickly to high power and slow to low power. In general, normal power can be higher than average power.
