Average pace with trend indication

This data field shows the average pace for a given period of time together with a trend indication. The trend symbol is one of the following: * Your trend is more than 10% faster than average. + Your trend is faster than average. = Your trend is same as average. - Your trend is slower than average. / Your trend is more than 10% slower than average. There are three different options for calculating the average pace: * The average of every speed reading during the period. * The average of every delta distance during the period. * The total distance during the period. For the speed and delta distance methods the average can be trimmed (highest and lowest value removed) to get a smoother average.
