Comprehensive app to view and record the data of your outdoor activities. In the menu (long press on the bottom right button) you can select your sport type between hiking, cycling, running and cross-country skiing. This is a special app for the Garmin watches vivoactive 4/4s/5 and Venu (all variants except Venu SQ [first version] without music function). This app contains the unique feature of junction maps: small maps are displayed at all relevant junctions with all routes. This gives you a quick overview of the intersection and you can immediately see which is the right way to continue the route. All functions are available in the free version, including the advanced functions, which are usually paid for with other apps. You can find detailed instructions at www.befitter.de/manual.php With the built-in map function you always know where you are. In the run-up to a hike or bike tour, you can plan it on the website https://www.befitter.de or upload it as a GPX file. Select one of your tours as the active tour and load it onto the watch in the app. The complete tour data (GPS positions, altitude and turn-by-turn directions) are then available during the tour. To do this, create an account on the website https://www.befitter.de and start planning the tours. This service is available to everyone free of charge. You get a graphical representation of your tour and (if available) the navigation data. At intersections you will receive turn-by-turn directions for the further course of the tour. The turn-by-turn directions are precise at the relevant intersections if the tour was created using the planning tool on the website. On graphic pages you can see the history of heart rate, speed and altitude over the last two hours. A page with the elevation profile of the tour from the navigation data is also available. Your current position is also displayed there. In addition, an optional side with a compass is available. You can freely configure up to 6 data pages, each with 2, 3, 4 or 7 data fields. If there is a connected smartphone you are informed about new notifications by a vibration of the watch. You can select if you prefer automatic laps after each kilometer / mile or manual laps. Available languages: English, German, Italian, French, Russian Note: In some rare cases, the Venu 2/2s will not recognize a short press of the upper button. If this affects you, please use a long press on the lower button instead, this has the same function.
