Yes, there's a Bar behind the time, but this WF also uses Monkey BARrels! (It's a new way to do things when developing CIQ apps.)

0.11 - instead of one data field where the data rotates every minute, added option for 2 static data field. If one of the static fields is Heart Rate, on many watches, that will update at 1hz, same as "always on seconds". 0.14 - allows you to turn off seconds 0.14.1 - in the 2 field option, Ambient and MSL pressure are available on devices that provide that info.
